Spirit, an untethered jailbreaking tool for the iPad has been released. 
Most people I know that have installed the jailbreak on their iPads have found the setup relatively easy and quick.
I’m not sure if I will be installing Spirit when I get my iPad as I’m sure the Spirit jailbreak has many bugs that will need to be fixed for it to become more reliable. You can download Spirit at the official site at http://spiritjb.com

A jailbreak going by the name of Spirit may become the first jailbreak for the iPad to be released. Although it has not has had a confirmed release date some sites seem to think it will be released sometime soon.
Spirit is an untethered jailbreaking tool for all of Apples iDevices and it is NOT an unlock tool. Spirit works on latest firmware ( 3.1.3 for iPhone/iTouch and 3.2 for iPad ).
Even though some people seem to think Spirit will be released tomorrow, I highly doubt that as there could be a few issues which could delay the release such as the version of Cydia for the iPad not being ready or bugs in the jailbreak. Do you think your going to Jailbreak your iPad? Why?
