Now Over 10,000 Native iPad Apps Available

by Devon on June 14, 2010

Apple now has over 10,000 iPad apps listed in it’s app store with over 1,000 being added weekly. According to a report by PadGadget, the iPhone took almost five months to reach the 10,000 app milestone back in 2008.

iPad App StoreMac Stories also reported that Apple has been approving about 200 iPad apps a day and with that number only decreasing on the weekends. 78% of these iPad apps are paid apps which shows a similar trend to that in MobClix’s report (80% paid apps) which was published back in April.
